These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pp77 ("pp77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pp77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pp77.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on pp77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pp77 Platform.

To register and maintain an account on pp77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, pp77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pp77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pp77 or any relevant gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. pp77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pp77 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account on pp77, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pp77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pp77 support immediately.

Only one pp77 account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same household, device, or IP address, pp77 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

pp77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

pp77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the pp77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion fees are charged by pp77 for PHP transactions.

The minimum deposit amount on pp77 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pp77 within the timeframes specified on the Platform for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. pp77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to KYC requirements.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds in your account. pp77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

pp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• pp77 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated these Terms in connection with a bonus claim.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

All games available on the pp77 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and Spadegaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

All slot games, virtual sports outcomes, and other non-live games on pp77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. pp77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live dealer games on pp77 are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The rules of each live game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, pp77's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round accordingly. pp77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pp77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. pp77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors, system malfunctions, or where a game has been played under incorrect conditions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the pp77 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. pp77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

pp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pp77 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pp77 account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pp77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pp77, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned to pp77.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the pp77 Platform.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the pp77 Platform or any game software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players on the Platform.

All content on the pp77 Platform, including but not limited to the pp77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pp77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp77 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pp77 Platform without prior written consent from pp77.
• Use the pp77 brand name, logo, or any other pp77 intellectual property for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any pp77 content.
• Use any pp77 content in a manner that could damage the reputation or goodwill of pp77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pp77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pp77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).

The pp77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pp77 makes every effort to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

pp77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on pp77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pp77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the pp77 Platform. Your personal and financial information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. pp77 may share your data with third-party service providers (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable Philippine regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by pp77, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact the pp77 support team.

pp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• pp77 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold a pp77 account (including being under 21 years of age).
• pp77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your pp77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

pp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pp77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the pp77 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pp77 support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pp77 operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as they apply to online gaming activities.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players should contact the pp77 support team in the first instance. pp77 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of pp77 on all disputes shall be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
